Kettell Windows provides window and door installation, replacement, repair, and related home improvement services. All services are subject to a written estimate or contract signed by both parties before work commences. Verbal agreements do not constitute binding commitments.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, and to subcontract portions of work to licensed and insured subcontractors at our discretion.
Free quotes are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary from initial estimates if:

Workmanship Warranty: Kettell Windows provides a lifetime workmanship guarantee on all installations. This covers defects in installation including air and water infiltration, improper operation, and hardware failure resulting from our installation work.
Manufacturer Warranty: All products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand and product. Copies of manufacturer warranties are available upon request and will be provided with your project completion documents.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by: accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence; acts of nature including storms, flooding, or extreme weather; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear; or failure to maintain products per manufacturer guidelines.
You agree to provide safe, clear access to all work areas on the scheduled installation date. Kettell Windows is not responsible for delays caused by inability to access the property, removal of furniture or personal items, or third-party work that must be completed before installation can proceed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service call fee.
Kettell Windows carries full general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our team will take reasonable care to protect your property during installation. We are not responsible for minor cosmetic damage (paint scuffs, small nail holes) inherent to the installation process unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
By submitting a quote request form on our website, you expressly consent to be contacted by Kettell Windows and its representatives by phone (including automated calls and text messages), email, and/or mail regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or contacting us directly.
